Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and including the packing slip provided in the portal.

• 3.
  Ship to KYS Norway

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest Posten or Bring location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
